Potolo Loyalty Points Terms

These terms govern participation in Potolo’s loyalty program. By using the program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

  • Loyalty points are automatically earned by registered Potolo users when placing qualifying orders through the Potolo platform.
  • Only accounts in good standing are eligible to earn and redeem loyalty points.
  • Potolo reserves the right to revoke points from any account suspected of fraud or abuse.

2. Earning Points

  • Points are earned based on the value of completed and paid orders, excluding delivery fees, taxes, tips, and other charges unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
  • Qualifying orders: Only orders placed without the use of discounts, vouchers, credits, or promo codes earn points, unless expressly stated otherwise by Potolo for a specific promotion.
  • Points are credited only after an order is successfully delivered and confirmed.
  • In case of cancellations or refunds, any points earned from that order will be deducted from the user’s balance.
  • Earning rate: The earning rate is determined by Potolo and may vary by product, service, promotional campaign, or period of the year.

3. Redemption of Points

  • Points can only be redeemed for discounts or rewards as displayed on the Potolo platform at the time of redemption.
  • Redemption rate: The redemption rate is determined by Potolo and may vary by product, service, promotional campaign, or period of the year.
  • Redemption rates, eligible rewards, and any caps or minimums are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary value.
  • Potolo may set per-order or per-period limits on point redemptions.

4. Non-Transferability

  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another user or account.
  • Potolo will not honor any transfer or sale of points between accounts, and such activities may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Expiration and Forfeiture

  • Points expire automatically after a period specified on the Potolo platform (e.g., 6 months from the date earned).
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated or reissued under any circumstances.
  • Potolo may forfeit points if an account remains inactive for a prolonged period or is closed.

6. Adjustments and Errors

  • Potolo may adjust point balances to correct system errors, address fraudulent activities, or rectify incorrect calculations.
  • Users will be notified of any significant adjustments via email or in-app notification.

7. Program Changes and Termination

  • Potolo may modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
  • If the program is terminated, users will be given a reasonable period to redeem remaining points before they are forfeited.

8. No Guarantee of Availability

  • Rewards and redemption options are offered while supplies last.
  • Potolo does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward at any time.
